GoSee.com is a car rental website that is part of the Online Republic family, and is powered by Webjet. GoSee.com offers a wide range of cars and camper vans to the customer around the world.

Define

Based on the research insights, we developed user personas and user journeys to capture the key user needs and pain points. We worked closely with the the stakeholders to understand their business requirements and brand identity. We used these insights to develop a detailed design brief, outlining the design goals and requirements for the new website.

Prototype

I created wireframes and interactive prototypes to test our design concepts with real users. We conducted several rounds of user testing, incorporating feedback into the design as we progressed.

Pattern library

I built and updated the GoSee pattern library to ensure consistency and responsiveness across the website. Through research and development, the system is easily shared with all teams and regularly updated to remain up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices. The result is a seamless and consistent user experience across all pages and devices.
